RequirementsAnalysis:
Collaborateclosely with business stakeholders to comprehend their productionplanning and scheduling needs. Evaluate existing processes andsystems identifying opportunities for improvement and alignmentwith SAP PPDScapabilities.

SolutionDesign:
Collaboratewith the project team to devise tailored SAP PPDS solutions thatmeet organizational requirements. Configure and customize the SAPPPDS system ensuring alignment with industry standards and bestpractices.

Testingand QualityAssurance:
Developand execute comprehensive test plans to validate the correctfunctioning of the SAP PPDS system and its adherence to businessrequirements. Identify and address issues and bugs during thetestingphase.

Training:
Delivertraining and knowledge transfer sessions to endusers and superusersensuring effective utilization of the SAP PPDS system. Developtraining materials and documentation asnecessary.

DataMigration:
Assistin the migration of pertinent data from legacy systems to SAP PPDSensuring the accuracy and integrity of thedata.

ChangeManagement:
Supportchange management initiatives by contributing to organizationalchange planning communication and trainingefforts.

ProjectDocumentation:
Maintainthorough project documentation encompassing configuration settingsissue logs and changerequests.

PostImplementationSupport:
Provideongoing support and troubleshooting after the implementation of theSAP PPDS system ensuring seamlessoperations.

Requirements

QualificationsandSkills:

• Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology SupplyChain Management or BusinessAdministration).
  
• Certificationor training in SAP PPDS is highlydesirable.
  
• Strongunderstanding of production planning and detailed schedulingprocesses.
  
• Proficiencyin SAP PPDS configuration andcustomization.
  
• Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalskills.
  
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills for collaboration withvariousstakeholders.
  
• Projectmanagement experience is aplus.
  
• Knowledgeof SAP integration with other modules (e.g. SAP MM SAP SD) isbeneficial.
  
• Adaptabilityand a willingness to learn and stay updated on SAP PPDS featuresand bestpractices.
