    Job Requirements

    We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of sales growth and revenue generation across the UK & Ireland region.

    • Experience in researching new business markets and executing Business Development strategy to find profitable new revenue streams.
    • Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicting processes.
    • Ability to deliver and exceed targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
    • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and developing new business.

    Responsibilities

    This is a greenfield role where you will be responsible for creating a roadmap as a standalone sales professional generating new business for the company and managing your own developed accounts.

    • Focused on developing new business clients and generating revenue for the company in the business of IT Staffing.
    • Generate sales and revenue for the company through sales strategies discussed with operational and functional heads.
    • Open new lines of business for the company by generating new end clients.
    • Maintain long-lasting and mutually beneficial working relationships with clients.

    You will be responsible for operating through your own sales database and senior network of industry professionals to generate new business development and revenue for the company.
