    Job Description:

    • The candidate is expected to play a role of a brand custodian of the brand/s assigned.
    • He/she will be responsible for the 360 degrees growth of the brand, i.e. growth in brand reach, brand awareness, revenue & brand recall.
    • Work closely with IT, Sales, Design, e-commerce, Digital Marketing, Offline Marketing teams to ensure the assigned brand prospers and the objectives are met.
    • He/she must explore new areas in all spheres of marketing - ATL, BTL and Digital mediums including print ads, POPs, brochures, posters, physical and digital mailings to maximize sales and brand awareness.
    • Must be capable to conduct competitor analysis and market research- both primary and secondary.
    • Meet customers eventually to gather actual insights and feedback on the brand.
    • Carefully design trade schemes, special offers, special sale events (primarily online) to ensure brand's revenue growth.

    Skills / Experience:

    • Marketing Post Graduate having 2-5 years of experience in core product marketing role.
    • Must have showcased successful results in the revenue-growth and brand recall of the brand in his/her past assignments.
    • Passionate about brand building, management by objective, taking the product up the ladder to become a successful brand.
    • Experience in new product launches will be preferred.
    • Thorough knowledge of the emerging trends in digital and offline marketing.
    • Good hold on the English language - both written and oral.
    • Result-oriented individual with positive & problem-solving attitude.
    • Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
