    Job Title: Business Development LAS(Sales)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Business Development LAS(Sales) in Mumbai, The ideal candidate should possess 5 to 10 years of experience working with Private Sector Banks, Wealth Management Teams, NBFCs (Capital Market oriented), or Bank DCM Desks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deal Origination: Take charge of deal origination, managing the end-to-end transaction process, and contribute significantly to building the revenue pot of the firm. Coordinate effectively with the team to ensure seamless execution of deals.
    • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of deal structuring and execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Relationship Management: Utilize existing relationships with relevant players in the sector and leverage sectoral knowledge to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.

    Product Line includes:

    1. Loan Against Shares
    2. Promoter Funding
    3. Structure Funding
    4. IPO Funding
    5. Unlisted Securities Funding

    Sector: Capital Markets

    Experience: 5 to 10 years

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Individual Contribution and Team Handling: Manage both individual contribution and team handling responsibilities, overseeing a team of 3 to 6 Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve collective targets.
    • Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the market, including sizing up the industry and identifying the target universe. Utilize this knowledge to strategically select opportunities within both listed and unlisted stock space.

    Key Result Areas (KRAs):

    • Building External Channels: Forge strong external channels for business sourcing, collaborating with DCM Teams, IB Teams, Wealth Management Teams, and other relevant firms to expand the firm's market reach.
    • Exploring Funding Opportunities: Dive into the realm of unlisted stocks to explore funding opportunities, identifying lucrative prospects for investment.
    • Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough industry analysis for the relevant geography, staying abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
