Responsible for imparting various behavioral functional Managerialand Leadership trainings for the workforce and for supportingtraining objectives and skill enrichment initiatives in order toraise the competencies and skill level of the employees.
Identifytraining needs develop training content and ensure effectiveimplementation in conjunction with various external partners andalso work with SCM team to identify Service Providers with theright capability to deliver online training content for technicaltrainings.
LMS management:
Useradministration on LMS Course management on LMS Attendancemanagement for offline trainingsReporting& Governance: Ensure timely reporting of L&Dmetrics through MIS dashboards Power BI reports etc.
