    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Finance and Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi. You will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and contributing to the overall financial health of our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to grow in a fast-paced industry within a challenging and rewarding environment.

    Responsibilities:


    • Generate regular financial reports for management review and prepare and analyse financial statements.


    • Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice verification and timely payments and oversee accounts receivable ensuring timely collection.


    • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and control expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.


    • Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations and support internal and external audits as needed.


    • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage client and candidate relationships and maintain data integrity and accuracy in the internal database.


    • Oversee the monthly payroll process under the finance department, including administering payroll for candidates on our payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


    • Manage administrative tasks related to candidates on our payroll and resolving payroll-related inquiries.


    • Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and management of contracts with clients, candidates, and vendors to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively.

    Requirements:


    • Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Finance and Operations Executive or similar financial role, preferably from financial services industry.


    • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices and extensive knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance standards.


    • Proficiency in accounting software and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


    • Detailed-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional written and verbal communication.


    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
