    GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

    Experience: 4+ years

    Location: Bengaluru

    Algonomy is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join its Growth Marketing team to drive awareness for Algonomy's product portfolio, expand interest, and build a qualified pipeline through existing and new channels (digital and traditional). The Growth Marketing Manager will be a vital member of the marketing team and will work closely with regional marketing heads, sales, SDRs, and GTM teams to create innovative and disruptive consumer experiences using technology.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Define growth strategies and own our key growth metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue conversion).
    • Ideate, design, and execute high-impact ABM campaigns to meet set goals
    • Identify the right mix of marketing programs, channels, and activities to achieve quarterly pipeline goals.
    • Understand the needs, motivation, and buying behaviors of different stakeholders within the buying committee and develop effective strategies to reach and engage them
    • Closely monitor and track the impact of marketing activities, their outcomes, and surface insights.
    • Adapt to changing business needs and recommend alternative marketing techniques and tactics.
    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
    • Work with the creative and content teams to curate and produce relevant marketing assets for the campaigns
    • Work with partners, agencies, and 3rd parties to develop and execute campaigns.
    • Work extensively with data - campaign analytics, buyer behavior, market trends, and more.

    The ideal candidate will possess -

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer acquisition and running Account based campaigns in high-growth technology companies
    • Must have at least 2 years of experience of working in the Europe / APAC, MEA market.
    • Experience working with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Hubspot, and ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, etc.
    • Solid project management skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
    • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
    • Ability to multi-task and come up with creative solutions to growth challenges.
    • Demonstrable record of creating narratives to position, influence, and sell in a compelling manner
    • Excellent written, verbal, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in B2B SaaS sales is a plus
