- Effectivelymanage the Managing Directors schedule including scheduling andcoordinating meetings appointments and travelarrangements.
- Prioritize and anticipate the MDscommitments ensuring efficient use oftime.
- CommunicationLiaison:
- Actas a primary point of contact for internal and externalstakeholders screening and managing communications on behalf of theManaging Director.
- Draft and preparecorrespondence reports and presentations for the ManagingDirector.
- MeetingCoordination:
- Coordinateand organize meetings conferences and events ensuring alllogistical aspects are handledseamlessly.
- Prepare meeting agendas attendmeetings and take accurate minutes asrequired.
- InformationManagement:
- Manageand maintain confidential information with discretion andconfidentiality.
- Organize and update documentsfiles and databases relevant to the executiveoffice.
- TravelArrangements:
- Arrangecomplex and detailed travel itineraries including flightsaccommodations and transportation ensuring a smooth travelexperience for the ManagingDirector.
- AdministrativeSupport:
- Providegeneral administrative support to the executive office includingdocument preparation expense tracking and other adhoctasks.
- Handle incoming requests prioritizeissues and follow through on tasks to ensure timelyresolution.
- ProjectAssistance:
- Assistin special projects or initiatives collaborating with variousdepartments as needed.
- Conduct research andcompile data to support decisionmakingprocesses.
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Management or a related fieldpreferred.
- Proven experience as an ExecutiveAssistant or in a similar role supporting Clevelexecutives.
- Excellent organizational andtimemanagement skills.
- Strong written andverbal communication skills.
- Proficient inoffice productivity tools (Microsoft Office GoogleWorkspace).
- Discretion and confidentiality inhandling sensitive information.
- Ability tomultitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
