    Description

    The Job:

    Being theface of the company and being responsible for planning managing andexecuting a wide variety ofevents rangingfrom media drives employee meets dealer conferences and specialevents.


    Keyrequirements:
    Graduate (MBA preferred) withexperience of 6 yrs in business development &client servicein Event & Activations Provenability to build relationships at seniorlevels Good client contacts in the corporatesector Strong presentationskills

    Key AccountManagement:

    Identifying and networking togenerate business from the existing and new accounts achievingprofitability and increased sales growth in line with targetsassigned.

    Proactively following up with existing clients to getbriefs for events that would have happened in the previousyears. Mapping key client s requirements andproviding them with customized businesssolutions. Create compelling concepts andmarketing strategies as per brand requirements and after evaluatingtargetmarkets.

    Event Execution & PostEventClosures:

    Coordinate with all stakeholdersinvolved in the event to ensure the delivery of creatives artworkset design and all other elements of the event.

    All elements mustbe as desired by the client. Ensure thedelivery of all promises to the client. Be available to address anyqueries of the client. Oversee the overallproduction quality of the event. Ensureclosure of payment advice (PA) in coordination withproduction. Send an Invoice to theClient.

    Compliance with Commercial & Internalprocedures:
    Adhere to company processesrelated to PO/Contract/Advances. Ensure allWeekly Reports HOD Meeting Reports are sent to Head ofDepartment. Billing to client post eventcompletion and ensuring collection of payment from clients foreventsexecuted.

    Team Management:
    Allocation of briefs toteam members & supervision to ensure that client briefsare adhered to & closed. Holdingperiodic team meetings to update/review on the team targetsachieved & address pendingissues. Assigning KRAs & makingsure team member understand the job descriptionwell. Identifying manpower needs for theteam & working in synergy with HR to hire the righttalent. Providing orientation to new joiners& on the job training.
    Identifying training & development needs of the team& ensuring same is met in coordination withHR. Evaluation of performance for teammember & growth.
