    Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Supply Chain

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Senior Manager with specialized experience in the Supply Chain domain to enhance our quality standards and ensure operational excellence.

    The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing process efficiencies, controls, and standardization across our SCM operations.
    Responsibilities


    Domain Expertise:

    Utilize in-depth knowledge of SCM processes to oversee and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency across all phases of the SCM cycle.



    Process Efficiency and Standardization:
    Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the SCM process. Ensure consistency and reliability in how transactions are managed across different regions and platforms.


    Risk Evaluation and Management:
    Proactively identify potential risks and deviations in the SCM process. Conduct detailed root cause analysis to assess impacts and develop mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence.


    Quality Assurance Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts in best practices for SCM quality assurance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.


    Stakeholder Communication:
    Maintain excellent communication lines with operations teams and clients. Provide clear, concise reports and updates on quality initiatives and outcomes. Address any concerns or issues with effective solutions.


    Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    Design and implement quality performance metrics to track compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement. Regularly review process outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications / Skills


    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Relevant years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance role within the Supply Chain domain.
    • Proven experience in enhancing process efficiencies, establishing controls, and implementing standardization techniques.
    • Flexible to work in shift hours
    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


    • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
    • Experience with ERP systems and Kinaxis, Blue Yonder suite of products
