- Critically review companies within the existing database to determine their suitability as target companies.
- Conduct online research to refine current database information and identify the best contact person at each company.
- Call companies to verify contact information and gather details about the contact person's role, contact details, company size, and current supplier.
- Update the database with verified and newly gathered information, as well as any additional insights obtained about the company.
- Source new leads that fit the client's target market but are not currently in their database.
- Experience in Zoho or a similar CRM.
- Computer literacy with the ability to touch type at speed and with accuracy.
- Confidence and skill in cold calling customers in New Zealand, with the ability to develop rapport quickly to elicit information.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to make decisions based on a set of criteria.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
