    We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at BossberryLearning. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, promoting our services, and driving sales growth. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
    • Knowledge of college admissions processes is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Reach out to potential students through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media) to introduce them to BossberryLearning
    • Understand potential students' needs and goals, and provide them with appropriate information and guidance about our services
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, and provide personalized assistance throughout the enrollment process
    • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of BossberryLearning to potential students
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
    • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and processes
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and college admissions requirements
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team for continuous improvement
