    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Tester and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at FIS. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

    Job Description

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and upgrading manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.

    You will also perform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Additionally, you will effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

    You should possess knowledge of methods, tools, and technology used in software testing, as well as quality management methods, tools, and technology used to create and support defect-free application software that meets client/business partner needs.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an agile development environment, are essential for this position.

    What We Offer

    FIS offers a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, plus additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

    Bonus Information

    A bonus of up to 20% of your annual salary may be available based on individual and company performance.

    Location

    This role is located in the United States and requires relocation to our headquarters.
