    We are growing by diversifying our portfolio, Miles has other business verticals Futurense (Tech JV), MedSkills (Healthcare JV,) Mojo Campus (Student Housing JV). We're also working on an ambitious new initiative (moon-shot) to disrupt higher education - Miles Campus.

    Our target revenues for upcoming fiscal year is INR 500 crores+ and we will continue to be profitable. We are bootstrapped but we're expecting fund raising and are a soon-to-be unicorn ("soonicorn")

    You'll be set up for success as a "Chief Of Staff-Ceo's Office" at Miles if:

    As Chief of Staff, you'll be the trusted advisor to our CEO and executive team, instrumental in shaping our company's trajectory, optimizing operations, and fostering strategic alliances. Your wealth of experience in fundraising, operations, and partnerships will be pivotal in driving initiatives critical to our success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to craft and execute strategic initiatives, fueling growth, efficiency, and organizational cohesion.
    • Lead fundraising efforts, from identifying potential investors to managing relationships, guiding the entire fundraising journey with finesse.
    • Champion operational excellence by refining processes, pinpointing efficiencies, and instilling best practices across departments.
    • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, forging impactful relationships that propel our mission forward.
    • Act as a conduit between the executive team and departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication of strategic imperatives.
    • Analyze data, track trends, and derive insights to inform strategic decision-making, empowering our leadership with actionable intelligence.
    • Oversee special projects and initiatives as delegated by the CEO, driving their seamless execution and successful outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 6 years' experience in fundraising, operational management, and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of success.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with a knack for catalyzing change and garnering buy-in across all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical prowess, coupled with decisive problem-solving abilities.
    • Stellar communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adeptly juggling multiple priorities with finesse.
