    Remote Cold Email Specialist

    We are looking for skilled professionals to manage and improve cold email campaigns on a fully remote basis.

    • Manage up to 10 client accounts with the support of an SDR and inbox manager.
    • Audit, improve, and execute targeted campaign strategies across multiple industries.
    • Diagnose failing account performance, implement weekly improvement loops, and provide client communication strategy suggestions as needed.

    Qualifications:


    • The ideal candidate should have experience managing at least 50 successful Smartlead/Instantly campaigns across various industries (approximately one-two years).
    • The ability to create complex data-driven models using Clay tables is also essential.
    • Prior knowledge in offer management, angles creation, segmentation techniques, testing methods will be beneficial. The selected professional must be able to share examples of successes and failures while explaining changes made during the process.
      Resourcefulness along with proactive approach skills such as building SOPs finding valuable information sources making adjustments improving business processes without needing guidance are highly valued.
      The job requirements state that all candidates must demonstrate campaign success spanning several months providing measurable growth over time further emphasizing problem-solving abilities within our industry.
