    Head Of Digital Marketing | D2C Brand

    Our client, a D2C brand, is looking for a world class digital marketing head for their team. As a digital marketing head, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for brand building.

    You will work closely with different teams to create content for different online channels, as well as strategies for distribution of content and digital engagement with customers.


    Note:
    This will be an alternate saturdays working opportunity


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build a digital marketing roadmap and align with the brand strategy
    • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. paid ads, website, blogs, emails and social media) to enable new customer acquisition and retention
    • Work with creative team to brainstorm ad campaign ideas and refine key customer messaging angles as well as create the highest quality ads
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience on our website
    • Oversee our social media accounts and community building efforts
    • Provide innovative and stand out ideas to distinguish our brand in the crowded digital space
    • Suggest and evaluate technology solutions that can improve our digital marketing and analytics capabilities

    Requirements and skills:

    • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing at an agency or brand
    • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns at scale
    • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function work and ability to recruit, guide and manage a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with crossfunctional teams and external partners
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Ability to work with creators to produce world class quality content
