• Collaborate with the FloorOperations Manager to develop production plans including settingpriorities assigning tasks and determining productiontargets.
• Create detailed production schedulesto meet project deadlines and customerrequirements.
• Coordinate with variousdepartments to allocate resources including personnel equipment andmaterials.
• Ensure the availability of resourcesto meet production demands. Implement quality control procedures tomaintain high product quality.
• Monitor andreport on product quality and process efficiency identifying areasfor improvement.
• Oversee inventory levels toprevent overstocking or shortages.
• Work withthe procurement team to maintain optimal inventorylevels.
• Supervise the production team to ensureadherence to safety protocols and qualitystandards.
• Provide guidance and training toproduction staff as needed.
• Identifyopportunities to enhance production processes and reducewaste.
• Implement process improvements toincrease efficiency and productivity.
• Maintainaccurate and uptodate production records andreports.
• Ensure compliance with documentationand recordkeeping standards.
• Promote andenforce workplace health and safety regulations and bestpractices.
• Address safety concerns andincidents promptly.

DesiredCandidate Profile

• Bachelors degree inengineering production management or a relatedfield.
• Excellent communication and leadershipabilities.
• Proven experience in production andplanning preferably in an industrial automation or manufacturingenvironment.
• Strong organizational andanalytical skills.
