Job Position – Sales Operation AnalystExperience:
Minimum 4 yearsCTC – 10 to 15 lpaLocation - Ashram Road (Ahmedabad)

Job Timings –4.30 PM - 2 AM5 Days WorkingRoles & ResponsibilitiesRelevant Experience of minimum 4 to maximum 10 years in sales operations.

Own the sales process which includes creating new scalable processes & optimizing existing ones, including lead conversion, opportunity creation & handoff, opportunity field requirements, sales stages, activity capture from external systems, and more.

Own the sales data analysis processTrack and analyse key sales metrics such as pipeline generation, win rate, stage conversion rates, and more.

Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing and Operations Team on day-to-day basis to ensure pipeline and conversion health.
Use relevant methods to develop sales forecast.
Ability to apply principles of logic and critical thinking to a wide range of complex business issues.
Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the organizationImplements and maintains sales best practices.
Participates in hiring, training and ramp-up of new team members.
Helps develop performance metrics for self and team members.
Develops, maintains, and reports on monthly, quarterly, and yearly team performance vs. targets.

Report on team performance by identifying and implementing actions needed for achievement of goalsCreate open communication, driving a fun and successful sales team climate.

Work with inside sales team, make sales report, sales strategies, KPI and KRARequirements and skillsProven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar roleExperience in Hubspot experience is preferred.
