Responsibilities
• Looking for someone who is aggressive, in Leading a team, and well aware of the technologies in the market.
• Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
• Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow Up.
• The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench
Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client
• Strong hands-on experience in marketing H1B, and H1B Transfer Visa.
• Updating resumes into Job Portals Like Dice, Tech-fetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, Simply-Hire, and Indeed.
• Applying on the Job openings through the job portals on behalf of consultants.
• Getting the requirements from Tier-1 Vendors/ implementing Partners.
• The follow-up to the vendors regarding feedback
• Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
• Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep updating them on daily basis regarding the marketing.
