We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our Language Model (LLM) application outputs through comprehensive testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Validation Testing
• Execute validation tests on LLM models to evaluate chatbot responses and English language generation quality.
• Validate machine learning prediction endpoints and ensure alignment with ground truth data.
• Develop and execute validation test cases to assess the performance and correctness of LLM models.
• Define test scenarios covering various use cases and potential user interactions.
• Perform UI-driven testing for enhancing user view.
• API and Database Testing
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman to validate data exchanges between systems.
• Perform database testing to ensure data integrity and proper functionality.
• Test Documentation
• Document test cases, procedures, and findings meticulously for reference and reporting purposes.
• Test Automation (Good to have)
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python to streamline testing processes.
• Result Analysis
• Analyze test results to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in model outputs.
• Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with team members to convey test findings and work on improving model performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with database testing techniques.
• Basic understanding of Python for potential automation purposes (nice to have).
• Interest in chatbot systems and natural language generation is a plus.
• Experience with Chat GPT.
