    Position Overview:
    As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible fordevelopingand executing marketing strategiesto promote our products/services and enhance ourbrandpresence

    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Plan and executemarketing campaigns calendar for entire year across variouschannelsincluding digital social media emailand traditional media.2. Manage digitalmarketing initiatives including SEO SEM social media advertisingand emailmarketing to drive website trafficand conversions.3.

    Monitor and analysemarketing performance metrics providing regular reports to theleadershipteam and making datadrivenrecommendations for improvements.4.Collaborate with external partners agencies and internal teams toachieve marketing goals andexplore newopportunities.5.

    Conduct market research toidentify trends customer needs and opportunities and usetheseinsights to inform marketingstrategies.6. Maintain and enhance thecompany s brand identity ensuring consistency across allmarketingmaterials andchannels.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing related field (Master sdegree preferred). 2 years of provenexperience in marketing management in the BFSI would behighlypreferred.
    Exceptional strategic thinking and problemsolvingabilities. Proficiency in digital marketingtools and analytics. Excellent communicationpresentation and interpersonal skills.
    Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving marketingobjectives. Knowledge of industry trends andemerging technologies. Creative mindset andthe ability to think outside thebox.
