- Apply strong experience across all data stages, including Data Exploration, Analysis, Synthesis, and Presentation. Identify trends and patterns in the data, translating them into compelling narratives and recommendations for leadership and clients to facilitate better decision-making.
- Drive data transformation projects to automate all reports and dashboards, ensuring quality and accuracy of data.

- Good to have experience in statistical tools like R & Python and techniques like Classification, Regression for descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics), with a master's degree considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated expertise (2-6 years) in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles, with proficiency in visualization tool in Power BI
- Strong project management skills. Demonstrated the ability to drive projects independently and also through team members.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving acumen and an acute attention to detail with a keen ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
