Job Summary:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business decision-making. The role involves data collection, validation, report preparation, and coordination with different departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and update databases and records.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports.
- Generate dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Automate reports to improve efficiency wherever possible.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of Power BI / Tableau
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration / IT / Statistics or related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis / Reporting.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply (optional).
