    Job Purpose: The Business Development (BD) Specialist will lead and support MTCS's business development activities in coal, iron ore, and mineral exploration services. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships across the mining and mineral industry, and ensuring the effective execution of consultancy assignments for clients dealing in mining sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively gather market intelligence and explore new business opportunities in mining consultancy, exploration, and emerging areas
    • Identify and track active tenders, RFQs, and new projects relevant to MTCS's services
    • Monitor competition and key market developments to support strategic decision-making
    • Build and evaluate potential collaboration opportunities across global markets
    • Prepare, review, and finalize contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and accuracy
    • Develop impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders
    • Maintain a structured data repository of opportunities and deliver insightful analysis for management

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Education: B.E / B.Tech (Mining) or M.Sc. (Geology) from a reputed institute, plus MBA
    • Experience: 15+ years of relevant industry experience
    • Proven expertise in bidding and bid submissions for coal mining, MDO, and commercial coal mining project
    • Strong background in preparing and reviewing financial models for mining project
