    Job Description
  • Daily quality evaluation of samples at Office
  • Discussion with classers of respective state on current arrival & Quality scenario.
  • Supervise daily market reports
  • Updating Quality /Delivery Issue vendors/customers payment release & hold.
  • Daily Sample approval, receipt & Quality issue should be recorded & Co-ordinated to stake holders.
  • Have discussion with all regional quality guys and get confidence that all the quality process is followed & quality issues are addressed.
  • All samples' details (approval/receipt)are recorded in system. Keep Auditing Pan India Quality Files.
  • Quality assessment of all region & circulating to all stake holders.
  • Making MIS for All India Quality.
  • Export tracking & discussion with trader and region for application.
  • Attending export & Import quality complaints; maintain the MIS and follow the SOP.
  • Making the Type Seal Sample & maintain the MIS on Tracking on different export contracts.
  • Preparation of type samples, keeping record of the number of type samples that we have in office.
  • Visiting ginning factories for quality check
  • Visits port during shipment
  • Preparing quarterly cotton quality report of region.
  • Preparation of sealed samples and sending to customer as per instruction.
  • Experience
  • Graduate
  • Additional Information
  • Knowledge of cotton industry.
  • Sound Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
  • Effective in written & verbal communication.
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • English , Hindi , (Marathi is added advantage)
