    We are looking for someone to lead a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver technologyprojects on time and within budget for the domain and geography for which theyhave responsibility Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customersatisfaction, providing technology guidance to the team, and overall deliveryexcellence within Digital Experience. Work with project teams to determinenecessary activities to successfully deliver projects managing and leadingcomplex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understandresource constraints and prioritization. Holding the teams to the higheststandards, project discipline, and accountability Continuously improvingthe technical delivery model and strategy, implementing, and managing deliverywith the associated teams.Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence byidentifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution.Ensure that the right type and number of resources that are required to fulfillthe planned projects are available and in place through coordination with theDelivery Enablement team Understand the pipeline of demand and work with theDelivery Enablement team to ensure an appropriate supply of resources.Responsible for financial management reporting and optimizing processes.Expected to contribute to the wider goals of DEX BU Juggling multiple andconflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency

    Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of geographicallydispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budgetfor the domain and geography for which they have responsibility.
  • Leads teams technically in thedevelopment of new products, solutions, and processes.
  • Designs, implements, and refinesproduct development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Communicates technical information tonon-technical stakeholders, to internal management, and Customers
  • Check their team's work for technicalaccuracy. Involve customers in technicaldiscussions on a need basis.
  • Maintaining end-to-end accountabilityfor customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within the DigitalExperience (DEX) business unit (BU).
  • Work with project teams to determinenecessary activities to successfully deliver projects.
  • Managing and leading complexstakeholders toward optimal solutions while helping them understand resourceconstraints and prioritization. Holding the teams to the higheststandards, project discipline and accountability.
  • Continuously improving the technicaldelivery model and strategy, implementing, and managing delivery with theassociated teams.
  • Delivering customer satisfaction andoverall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting withspeedy resolution.
  • Ensure that the right type and numberof resources that are required to fulfill the planned projects are availableand in place through coordination with the Delivery Enablement team.

  • Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Monitor and manage end-to-end deliveryof programs and projects to scope, time and budget.
  • Enforce standard methodologies,processes and tools.
  • Provide leadership and direction toproject team members.
  • Evaluate and identify potentialredundant applications, infrastructure and tools.
  • Serve as an escalation point forcustomer concerns if/when they arise.
  • Identify appropriate resolution toachieve client satisfaction in a timely manner. Help develop account strategy and plan those best leverages resources andstrategies to meet customer expectations.
  • Analytical/Decision-Making Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to work within a matrixorganization – balancing the needs of the customer against organization/BUinitiatives and goals.
  • Must be able to identify appropriateproduct/service offerings to meet the client's needs.
  • Must make decisions, such as prioritizingrelationships to develop, negotiate with customers, and overcome obstacles.
  • Manage multiple teams to deliverprojects in alignment with customer needs with transparency to stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve complexissues, preventing escalations, where possible.
  • Manage, negotiate, and resolve projectrisks effectively.
  • Demonstrate, by example, in-depthknowledge of competency principles and practices, including coaching, learningand mentoring.
  • Leader and team player – sets an examplefor project managers, business analysts and others to follow.
  • Create an open, honest, accountableand collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering collectionprojects and products for a portfolio size of $5M or more.
  • 10+ years of business development,project delivery and client relationship management in a technology environment. Conversant with latest technologies related todevelopment of web, mobile, desktop applications, cloud-based applications,application modernization and migration etc.
  • Good business acumen and ability to negotiate withbusiness partners.
  • Strong customer orientation and able to manage customerexpectations.
  • Good executive presence.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and translate themto actionable roadmaps.
  • Good financial and people leadership skills.
  • Initiates, builds and maintains productive customerrelationships.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shiftingpriorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Ability to manage risk and encourage strategic riskmanagement-based delivery in others to manage expectations and communicateeffectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills to build teams acrossbusiness boundaries.
  • Leadership skills to successfully lead large, diverseand virtual teams. Agile working experience necessary.
  • Drives operational improvements and efficienciesthrough the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, actsas a gatekeeper for quality.

  • Experience in a cross-border role, successfullymanaging multiple complex projects at a global level and regional.
