    Description

    We are looking for a talented, mission-driven, and highly collaborative UX craftsperson passionate about combining seamless interaction with beautiful visual design. Your work needs to be easy to navigate and comprehend, logically organized, and accessible. Your focus will be on delivering our customers the highest standard of usability and simplicity.     Requirements

    • As a Product Designer, you will be working closely with key internal stakeholders including our developers and product managers to design engaging experiences for Docyt's mobile app and website
    • You will be involved with various design projects from kickoff to launch, defining the problem, conducting research, exploring design solutions, and validating those decisions with users and stakeholders
    • You'll provide value by producing thoughtful work, soliciting frequent feedback, and collaborating well with others
    • Prototype and validate your ideas through research
    • Work within cross-functional teams to define the strategy for new and existing digital products
    • Communicate design solutions and iterate based on feedback
    • Lead kickoffs, design sprints, and other project critical meetings

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing human-centered interaction design
    • Background within the entire product design cycle, from concept and ideation to research and validation through wire-framing and iterative client review cycles
    • A solid understanding of visual design fundamentals; typography, color, grid, space, and composition
    • Proficiency with various testing methodologies in a metrics driven environment including A/B testing, tree testing, user tests, live betas, and other internal tests.
    • Experience with server-side languages is a plus.
    • An earnest desire to solve complex problems with efficient solutions
    • Clear and concise communication skills
    • A self-motivated willingness to constantly learn and improve your craft
    • A collaborative and humble nature
