• Proven track record in channel performance management, including preparing reports, data analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience in channel/market engagement, including identifying problems, engaging with various functions, conducting training, and ensuring timely communication.
• Ability to drive new channel empanelment, activations, and corporate/business tieups.
• Strong aptitude for technology initiatives, especially in digital and gotomarket solutions, with the ability to collaborate closely with IT teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
