    We are seeking a talented Non IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Non IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various non-IT positions. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT domain
    • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
    • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
    • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Review resumes and applications to determine suitability of candidates based on job requirements
    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and job fit
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Manage the offer process, including negotiation and finalization of employment terms
