- Competency in working with HR Information Systems, hands on experience with Darwin or similar platforms.
- Handson experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities
- Should be excellent in Excel and data analytics
- Should hand on experience in Payroll and Compliance
