    Job Summary :


    As the Assistant Manager – Visual Communication (Graphic Design & Video Editing) at OneMile, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and editing captivating artwork in various formats to enhance our brand's online presence across multiple platforms.

    With a focus on creating engaging content for websites, social media channels, and ad campaigns, you will play a vital role in maintaining the brand's visual identity and storytelling ethos.

    With 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, you will contribute to a more dynamic and cohesive online presence for OneMile.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Artwork Ideation and Design:
    Conceptualize and design visually appealing artwork for various platforms including reels, stories, emailers, banners, branding material, shoot edits, PDPs and physical events
    Ensure that all designs align with the theme and ethos of the OneMile brand, reflecting its unique identity and values


    Digital Marketing Strategy:
    Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across online channels.
    Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).


    Video Recording & Editing:
    Record & edit videos to create compelling content for social media platforms, e-commerce platforms and ad campaigns, enhancing viewer engagement and brand visibility
    Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and audio elements to produce high-quality video content that resonates with the target audience


    Online Presence Enhancement:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets that support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
    Optimize visual content for different platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc., ensuring maximum impact and reach.


    Brand Consistency:
    Maintain consistency in visual communication across all touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
    Regularly review and update design templates and assets to reflect current trends and industry standards.


    Qualifications and Skills Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

    3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a creative agency or e-commerce environment.

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and video editing software.
    Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
