    Description

    Purpose :
    To manage, support, and supervise the business development of Enterprise Application Solutions (SMAC based solutions). This unit is responsible for the acquisition of new projects and project bids.


    Main Priorities :

    • Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
    • Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans
    • Proactively engaging with customers and understanding the requirements.
    • Participating & maneuvering in large deals and working as the system integrator to propose the complete endtoend digital solutions.
    • Opportunity Management.
    • Working with business partners/alliances
    • Able to understand the market potential & cover the market for the Business Unit, all the accounts.
    • Ensure revenue realization by directing timely execution of projects from all the internal stakeholders.
    • Champion the customer's cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, topclass support.

    Key Outputs :

    • To achieve monthly/quarterly order booking & revenue targets.
    • Defend the revenue with the existing accounts and ensure higher share of wallet.
    • Periodic engagement & enablement of Relevant Coverage sales.

    Key Performance Indicators :

    • Order Booking
    • ACV
    • Qualified Funnel (Active Pursuits)
    • New Client Additions Per quarter.

    • Training AMs on the frequent basis on the product solution offerings.

    Qualifications :

    • Engineering/Management graduate, preferably with a specialization in marketing from a reputed institute/university

    Technical :

    • Must have selling experience in forward supply chain automation products such as Dealer/distributor management system (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA) Plus exposure on any of the BI/analytical tool.
    • Need to have solution consulting experience in delivering business value by leveraging Digital
    • Transformation/Customer Experience (SMAC) technologies mobility, analytics, cloud and Artificial
    • Intelligence based chat bots, Machine learning.
