- Key accountabilities: years of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment Subject Matter Expertise in One of More Towers ( P2P/R2A/OTC) Process Transformation Experience Client relationship & Stakeholder Management Automation & RPA Exposure segments Supporting Growth, Sell Services & Product Development Contract & Process Compliance People Management
- Additional Certification are desired like Lean/Six Sigma Should have led large client Delivery/Transformation delivery in the F&A space One/They should be Subject matter expert in the F&A domain has a high level of expertise on Record to Report (R2R) processes including Controllership & Analysis, with a good level of understanding Order to Cash (O2C) Purchase to Pay (P2P) Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Industry Tools Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Leadership skills in a multicultural environment managing Global/Regional Delivery Ability to influence senior business stakeholders at the client end . Strong relationship building, communication, influencing skills Ability to bring innovation to challenges to overcome problems obstacles produce desired outcomes with limited direction Strong commercial awareness project management ability Experience in change management Transformation mindset
- Leading multiple Service lines for a large Account in a matrix reporting relationship
- Prior experience in an MNC or BPO work culture
- Very good communication skills (both written oral);
- Ability comfort interacting with mid-management on clients side;
- Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects MS Office;
- Must have experience with process design documentation
- Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail
