    Job Description

    The Billing and OV Senior Analyst reports the Billing and OV Team Lead and is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction related to invoicing, raising manual invoices / credit memos and resolving all billing issues. But also he will be responsible for order validation processes from North America and Canada. Responsibilities also include tracking issues and maintaining quality metrics, reconciling customers' contracts and following up for resolution and driving improvements. The candidate would need to be a support for the team leader's activities.


    Basic Requirements

  • Raises manual invoices
  • Raises manual debit and credit memos
  • Resolves invoice generation issues
  • Maintains quality metrics
  • Interfaces with outsourced provider of invoice printing and delivery services
  • Gathers supporting documentation for manual invoices, debit memos and credit memos
  • Works with collections specialist on billing issues
  • Works with order management to resolve errors / issues
  • Cooperation with Supply Chain and Sales organizations in the order validation activities
  • Working under time pressure during month close
  • Mixed shifts:
  • 10 shifts/month: 6 pm-2 am IST
  • Remaining shifts during the month: 9 am-5pm IST
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Economy / Finance /Accounting
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in the multinational environment a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to support team efforts as a team member
  • Proactive and results orientated
  • Make decisions using sound judgment and consult when appropriate
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task & prioritize
  • Proficient in MS Excel with basic knowledge in other MS applications
  • Knowledge in Oracle a plus
