    Description

    Your role as a PD Merchandiser is to service a group of premium buyers and provide them with end to end garmenting solutions. The Apparel Merchandiser is responsible for delivering high quality garments in a timely fashion and ensuring that cost effective solutions are provided for both the buyer and Creatnet Services. You will be coordinating with Merchandising Manager(MM), technicians, pattern masters, internal and external sourcing vendors, junior merchandisers, designers and production/sampling incharges to create garments as per buyer seasons and specifications.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. Understanding customer requirements- target customers, buying calendar, design aesthetics, payments terms and their price points and enabling their business growth via Creatnet Services.
    2. Meet buyers during their factory visit, understand their requirements along with the Merchandising Manager.
    3. Plan objectives and weekly goals along with your Merchandising Manager
    4. Communicate clearly in written formats to keep your stakeholder informed at all times.
    5. Follow through with goals vs actuals weekly during the WIP meetings.
    6. Plan weekly RTC and capacity booking goals with the MM and ensure fabric and production incharges are aligned to them.
    7. Plan Sampling Capacity for stitching based on fits, protos and sms goals for your group of buyers
    8. Update yourself with the latest design and market trends through research.
    9. Coordinate closely and track material with the sourcing team, negotiate prices and timelines for on-time RTC.
    10. Hold meetings to anticipate sampling/production problems and bottlenecks, create or generate constructive solutions and align them with relevant stakeholders. Follow through with stakeholders on solutions adopted and ensure implementation.
    11. Coordinate with Logistics and Account team on sample/production shipments and reconcile with accounts receivables.
    12. Maintain timely logging of TNA activities and manage processes through data on the company ERP.

    Salary: 25-35k

    Experience: 3-5 years

    Qualification: Any recognized institute with apparel Experience

    Employment: Full Time and working from office
