Designation: Area Manager ( Jalna Marathwada )

Experience: 10+ years Salary 35 K to 40K in hand ( Depends upon the interview) Job Description:

*Handling Product Development initiatives involving mapping of business requirements

*Handling business plans for achievement of organisational goals

*Sales plans to assure achievement

*Handling distribution channel sales & maintaining relationships with the dealers

*Ensuring maximum dealer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential dealers & understanding their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly.

Guaranteeing adequate inventory / stocking / coverage and effective distribution of products;evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.

*Planning targets, monitoring numbers and achieving overall targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to meet delivery requirements

.*Maintaining good rapport with the team members & the trainees.

*Evaluating the performance of the team members

Take exponential growth in sales * Take down the credit cycle below 90 days
