Position Overview :

• We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Product Manager with a background in B2B SaaS to join our dynamic product management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our suite of SaaS products, collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Development : Collaborate with senior product managers and engineering teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute the development of new features and enhancements for our B2B SaaS products.

- Market Research : Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.

- User Feedback : Gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and market insights to prioritize features and improvements, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.

- Requirements Definition : Work closely with stakeholders to define clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, guiding the development process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Product Launch : Assist in coordinating product launches, including creating documentation, conducting training sessions, and supporting marketing efforts to drive product adoption and success.

- Performance Tracking : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, regularly analyzing data and user feedback to iterate on product features and optimize performance.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the B2B SaaS space, leveraging knowledge to drive innovation and contribute to the evolution of our product offerings.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, with experience in agile/scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills, with a datadriven approach to product management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product initiatives from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.
• Experience with market research, user feedback analysis, and product analytics tools.
