    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
    • Utilize financial acumen to analyze and interpret financial data, forecasts, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
    • Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions. Translate business needs into technical specifications and participate in the development and implementation of software solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide updates on project status, and facilitate decision-making processes.
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
    • MBA with specialization in business administration, finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products/services.
    • Strong understanding of financial/banking domain, including financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data from multiple sources.
    • Proficiency in technology tools and platforms, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specification.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
