    Description

    Job Title: RSGSeniorProjectManager

    TeamOptimisation:

    SupportHead of Analytics and Technology in leading collaborative approachacross RR Analytics internal and externalstakeholders

    Ensure alignment and coordination ofRR Analytics team members in achieving strategic goals through useof effective management tools and methods ofcommunication

    (With GeneralManager) Maintain oversight of Analytics Departmentbudget and ensure timely payment of invoices and renewal ofcontracts and agreements

    Work effectively withexternal partners to optimise workflows and analytics delivery withstrong emphasis on clear communication ofexpectations

    ProductDevelopment:

    Collaborate with Head ofAnalytics and Technology and RR Analytics staff to conceptualiseplan prioritise and develop analytical products andsolutions

    Drive and manage the productdevelopment lifecycle from ideation through to deployment andfurther iteration and enhancement.

    Ensure thatthe products meet the requirements of RR Analytics and internalstakeholders.

    ProjectManagement:

    Responsible for theplanning and execution of RR Analytics performance projectsincluding user requirements capture identification of data andanalytical inputs and resources needed to ensure timely andsuccessful project delivery

    Monitor andcommunicate project progress identify risks and implementmitigation strategies as needed

    QualityAssurance:

    Oversee and maintain projectroadmaps and user feedback logs

    Perform other adhoc duties asdirected

    Qualifications:

    Degreein a related field (e.g. Data Science Analytics or ProjectManagement).

    Proven experience in leading teamsdelivering software and performance solutions analytics projectmanagement and product development ideally inSport.

    Strong analytical skills with proficiencyin data analysis tools and techniques.

    Excellentattention to detail project management and organisational skillsincluding the ability to manage a distributedstaff

    Strong understanding of cricket and use ofanalytical tools and apps withinsport

    Exceptional communication and presentationskills

    Problemsolving mindset and the ability tothrive in a challenging IPLenvironment.
