    Profile Summary:

    The Planview Operations Support Analyst role supports day-to-day operations and medium/large scope enhancements for the Planview platform. Works with stakeholders to understand business processes, document requirements, and identify optimal configuration within Planview. Performs software configuration changes, functional testing, and report development & maintenance. The Planview Operations Support Analyst will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Planview configuration, implementation and integration within the organization.

    Profile Description:

    • Planview system configuration and integrations with varying levels of complexity.
    • routine administrative changes in Planview, including managing user profiles and grants, modifying work/resource attributes and alternate structures, and adjusting system settings to support monthly financial processes.
    • and maintains reports, SQL datasets, PowerBI dashboards, tiles, and column sets.
    • and resolves functional issues and questions from end users, escalating complex items as necessary.
    • and maintains supporting documentation, ensuring processes are accurately and clearly represented.
    • business and technical requirements to research, recommend and implement optimal configuration options within the system.
    • the design, build, and test phases for medium to large scope enhancements and project, as well as testing for routine upgrades.

    Knowledge & Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • 4+ years of professional IT experience as operations support analyst.
    • with configuring and maintaining the Planview suite of products, especially Planview Portfolios, Project Place and Agile Place.
    • with data analysis and reporting, using SQL, PowerBI, and/or Tableau is preferred.
    • understanding of project and portfolio management capabilities (such as schedule, resource and budget management).
    • with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies; both traditional waterfall and Agile (Scrum, SAFE, Kanban) is preferred.
