    Who are we :


    We're a startup building a wealth-tech platform, with the goal of making investments easy, intelligent, and quick (while letting users retain most of their daily trading habits).

    We aim to bring a user's complete e2e investment journey on a single platform (from identifying investment opportunities to executing final trade)

    This is a full time opportunity based in Gurgaon. 5 days working with high paced development culture.

    What you are expected to do :

    • Drive the end-to-end customer lifecycle journey through various Engagement and Retention strategies across customer cohorts.
    • Execute and Manage key reactivations mediums like Push/SMS/Email/WhatsApp and Inapp and Web channels.
    • Handson experience on Platforms like Clever tap, MoEngage tools.
    • Identify the customer and their personas, create relevant customer cohorts and strategies to target these customers effectively across channels.
    • Create a CRM Plan using user segmentation to create custom and more relevant communications pushing users down the funnel.
    • Drive all marketing automation and Martech initiatives to develop and execute endtoend user journeys from onboarding to reactivation (win backs) using scalable platforms.
    • Analyse data in order to understand key pain points, effective communication, ideal conversion times, etc.
    • Work closely with the creative team to define Email/WhatsApp templates for campaigns.

    What we are looking for :

    • Hands on over Clevertap.
    Knowledge of the Fintech segment is a plus.

    • Indepth knowledge & handson experience of digital analytics and an understanding of consumer behaviour.
    • Experience in a high growth Startup with similar responsibility.
    • Understanding measurement tools like Appsflyer, GA, etc would be a plus.
