    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Catalog Executive to oversee the management and optimization of our product catalog. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for food. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate product listings, optimize content for search visibility, and drive sales through compelling product descriptions and imagery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Catalog Management: Maintain and update product listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
    • Content Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, and imagery to enhance search visibility and drive conversion.
    • New Product Integration: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate new products into the catalog, including coordinating photo shoots and writing compelling product descriptions.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to identify and correct errors in product listings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor catalogs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to align catalog updates with promotional campaigns and inventory management strategies.
    • Performance Tracking: Analyze catalog performance metrics, such as click-through rates and conversion rates, and leverage insights to optimize product listings and drive sales.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce and food marketing to continuously improve catalog management processes. Program Management: Manage new product launches and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders for successful launches.

    Requisites

    • Proven experience in catalog management, e-commerce merchandising, or related roles.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling product descriptions.
    • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Creative thinking and a passion for food and culinary trends.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
