    Join SucSEED Ventures as a Fellow in our 12-month Management Fellowship program. You will be part of a dynamic team that partners with ambitious founders and builds long-term institutional platforms in India's early-stage ecosystem.


    About The Role:


    The Management Fellowship is a structured 12-month program designed to develop future investment professionals through hands-on exposure to the venture capital lifecycle. As a fellow, you will work closely with the investment and portfolio team across sector research, deal sourcing, investment analysis, and portfolio value creation.
    DeepTech domains including Aerospace, Spacetech, Aviation Logistics, Advanced Mobility,Drones,EV Vehicles,IOT temperature controlled Supply chain ,and Sustainable Infrastructure are focused sectors where technological differentiation creates durable value . We concentrate on commercially deployable subspaces such as satellite data/software and ground systems in spacetech,mobility platforms,and semiconductor-enabled compute infrastructure(data centres,AI grids,sustainable AI infra). Work closely with sectoral curators to translate market signals into sector roadmaps,
    sector reports,& internal thesis documents driving clear sub-sector prioritisation
    and deal-screening lenses that align deal discovery with evolving fund priorities.
    Attend relevant industry forums building operator relationships,
    maintaining an active network of ecosystem stakeholders----Sector Research : Learn about various industries like-
