    Position Summary -

    As a Business Analyst you will work within the Sales Air Content team which is the team responsible for making sure we have all the flights in the world, as well as making sure the fares are bookable and combined to fit the customer's every need. With a data-driven approach your work will revolve around identifying, communicating and acting on your findings to improve our sales and revenue. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our core business and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and partners.

    We are looking for several additions to the team to undertake Specialist roles such as driving sales, quality management (bookability) with our partners, and being an expert on how Branded Fares / Fare Families can be sourced, structured and distributed. All roles will involve to different extents stake holding development and communicating with external partners and will also provide an excellent opportunity to build a career and become an expert within the Air Content domain.

    Job Responsibilities -

  • Drive sales and revenue in various sales channels by implementing relevant actions in accordance to team and corporate strategy.
  • Engage in improvement of sales KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and use a data-driven approach to deliver actionable insights in order to drive sales, for example by monitoring, maintaining and improving the quality of our content.
  • Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders in the company around ongoing development and deployment of new functionalities.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support decision making.
  • Identify potential gaps in our flight distribution by conducting competitor analysis and benchmarking to find solutions to bridge the gap
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or an analytical field.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large datasets.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on quick and efficient delivery.
  • Preferred Skills -

  • Experience of working with a GDS or an aggregator system
  • Experience of putting together and presenting business solutions as well as leading initiatives/tasks from analysis to implementation
  • Previous work with data visualization tools and/or tools for analytics (QlikView, Looker, Excel etc)
