- Having work experience into sales any HR solutions OR SAAS OR Enterprise solutions to corporates clients in India.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good understanding of SAAS
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting potential clients and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies and presentations for client acquisition
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to expand the company's reach
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitor activities
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
