    Qualifications and Skills

    • Having work experience into sales any HR solutions OR SAAS OR Enterprise solutions to corporates clients in India.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Good understanding of SAAS
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting potential clients and markets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies and presentations for client acquisition
    • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to expand the company's reach
    • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends
    • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitor activities
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
