    Job Description

    As Deputy Accounts and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing Zoho Books, financial reporting, and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee Accounts & Finance Department operations
    • Manage Zoho Books, financial reporting, and compliance
    • Ensure accurate invoicing, receivables, and payables
    • Monitor trial balance, stock, and asset registers
    • Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and statutory compliance
    • Reconcile debtors, creditors, and bank statements
    • Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements
    • Oversee payables, purchase orders, and vendor relations
    • Ensure EPF & ESIC filings and other statutory obligations

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
    • Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Books
    • Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and compliance
    • Ability to analyze financial data and manage audits
    • Leadership skills with experience in team management
