    Software Developer Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team at Corporate Resources.

    About the Role

    • Derive and analyze software requirements, user stories, high-level and low-level design, implementation, unit, and integration testing to deliver high-quality products.
    • Implement new requirements and maintenance in accordance with coding and quality guidelines.
    • Develop and implement unit, integration, and automation tests to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
    • Identify opportunities for reusing components and technologies.
    • Provide documentation inputs, including requirement, design, and test specifications, and ensure delivery conforms to organizational and project quality processes.
    • Integrate and submit solutions into the software configuration management system within committed timelines.
    • Cross-functional coordination and coaching junior team members as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Design, develop, and test software applications using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements.
    3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design and test specifications.
    4. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on coding standards and best practices.
    5. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance software development efficiency and quality.
    6. Assist in the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in software development, preferably with Microservice API development using C#, .NET, and web development using Angular/React, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
    • Experience with Python is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
    • Understanding of web architecture from a digitalization perspective.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools, code analysis, and test automation.
    • Good knowledge of building REST APIs and handling Rest API Frameworks.
    • Strong motivation to work as a team member to achieve committed goals.
    • Exhibit ownership culture while contributing towards realizing product vision.
