    As part of our commitment to expanding our team, We're looking for resilient, motivated, and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our remote team. Included: training program, Amazon Advertising certification, mentorship, benefits, and modern, metric-driven career advancement.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers

    Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems

    Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team

    Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers

    Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversion

    Requirements:

    You should have at least 0 to 4 years of client facing experience working with US and/or North American customers

    You're OK working from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (night shift)

    Fluent in English

    Resilient with a strong desire to succeed; 100% cold calling means rejection is part of the job, and you need to bounce back

    Call, nurture, and schedule appointments with cold leads; keep pipeline organized

    You're coachable, open to feedback and mentorship
