    Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT Services

    Minumum 4 years in IT service experience (Custom Software Development, Web Development, Mobile Application Development etc.)

    Location - Pune ( Baner Business Bay, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra )

    Job Timings 4.30PM to 2AM

    Working days - 5 Days Working

    Job description

    • Relevant Experience of a minimum of 5 years in selling Services in mainly US market with ability to lead generation, close deals, and meet revenue targets consistently.
    • Generate qualified leads from calling, emailing, social selling, events, networking, and other channels.
    • Ability to apply principles of logic and critical thinking to a wide range of complex business issues.
    • Responsible for goal achievement of appointment setting, lead generation and client closures/conversion and revenue targets.
    • Drive qualified sales meetings resulting in top of sales funnel pipeline.
    • Implements and maintains sales best practices.
    • Develops, maintains, and reports on monthly and quarterly team forecasts.
    • Suggests improvement to optimize lead qualification and sales processes.
    • Create open communication, driving a fun and successful sales team climate.

    Qualification

    • Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing
    • Willing to work in US Shift
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Proficient in CRM software
