Junior Communication Analyst

will fulfill the following tasks:
Communication CampaignsDevelop and maintain our community on the intranet.
Connect and engage with our colleagues globally on our internal social network (Viva Engage) through compelling posts and infographics.

Create and manage a metrics framework to effectively measure employee compliance with information security policies and assess the overall effectiveness of the security awareness program.

Produce engaging and informative security awareness content, including presentations, videos, and written materials.
Establish and maintain an understanding of employee awareness around the organization.
Security Awareness CampaignsEnsure security awareness trainings, communications, and marketing initiatives are engaging and influence changes in employees' behavior.
Assess the effectiveness of each major campaign using a metrics framework and incorporate employees' feedback.
Iterate and continuously improve existing awareness campaigns as needed.
RequirementsThe

Junior Communication Analyst

will be evaluated primarily upon their ability to demonstrate the competencies required to be successful in the role, as described above, and needs to have the following expertise and skills.

Education, Training and Previous ExperienceFor reference, the typical educational background and work experience of candidates in this role are:

BA or MA in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field (or relevant experience in these areas)Experience, preferably in similar roles and/or either Communications, Marketing, or related fieldsTechnical and Business ExperienceAbility to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing, in an easily understood and actionable manner.

Proficiency in creating designs and infographics using design tools included in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Effective influencing and convincing skills to drive appropriate changes in their priorities and behaviors for the benefit of the organization.

Coordination abilities to collaborate on behalf of the Information Security Awareness team with HR, Risk Management, and Compliance functions.
Understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business.
